This treatment is ideal for those who are in pain and want certain areas to be addressed. No more than two areas should be worked on to allow time time for proper treatment. After assessment, cold/hot stones OR cupping may be included in session.

CBD and Hot Stone Massage

Myofascial Release technique uses a gentle sustained pressure focusing on releasing fascial restrictions in the body. We focus on the connective (fascia) tissue until it releases. Each restriction can take several minutes to release.
